Got my 2019 Q50S at infiniti on Feb 25, it had a crack in the back bumper by the trunk, the side mirror piece was cracked covered with tape, and a few areas had small chipped paint. They said it would be fixed before I get my car, and it would take about a week to get everything done with the detailing and putting in the 3m film hood kit. Manager said someone will reach out to me and update me about the status of the car. I had to reach out to check when my car would be ready and they said another week due to parts not arriving and the body shop was busy. After 2 weeks finally got my car but only the crack in the back was fixed, and they said that finance manager never said I bought the 3m film that’s why it wasn’t put in. Had to bring my car after a couple weeks to fix a crack in the front bumper, put it the 3m film and I also asked to fix the chipped paint which they agreed to fix before I signed for the car. After the front bumper and 3m film has been put in, took home the car and noticed that the chipped paint was never fixed when I asked several times to make sure it was done so I don’t have to bring it back again. Now the chipped paints are still there and my side mirror piece is on back ordered. Should’ve listened to my coworker and got my car at Infiniti Saskatoon since they have better service.

I will NEVER purchase another used vehicle from Infinity. Buyer beware. I purchased what I consider to be a lemon from Infinity from 2019. The SUV has been nothing but problem after problem, the first of which started TWO WEEKS after purchase—a leak to the air conditioner line—they blamed it on wear and tear—and asked me to pay for the repair. Sorry, what? Then, came the constant dashboard indicator lights, being unable to open the doors, the repeated battery deaths, the headlights won’t turn off, and the frequent failures to even start. I’m writing this as I wait for a tow. Want to complain? Don’t ask the Used vehicle manager: he’ll swear at you and kick you out. Want a trade? They’ll offer you LESS THAN HALF of what you paid 10 MONTHS after your purchase. Do not waste your time with these people. Go somewhere else.

I had problems with my 2005 infiniti. Limped it to the dealership afterhours with no appointment and the service team got it in and fixed in less than 2 days. The staff are always helpful and very professional. Iwould recommended everyone to visit this service department A+++ service
