★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am Sheila Purchased Lincoln Aviator from Titan. I was well pleased, the faster car deal and turnaround time of getting financed through Titan was amazing. Trevor was a great salesperson to work with everything was transparent. I will recommend you to go see Trevor for any car purchase. It should be a 100plus rating, not 5 stars because the service I received was more than 5 stars.

We didn't feel pressured at all, but be sure you know what you're looking for before going. Check out their website to see if they have anything you'd be interested in before hand. Highly recommend!

I am super impressed with their service team when I bring my vehicle in for any service/maintenance and their sales team is awesome! Randy is the man to go see. He sold me both vehicles and he's easy to talk to. He treats you like a person no matter what, and he remembers you! (which is super sweet of him) I bought my fiesta about 5.5 years ago and every time I went in for service he'd say hi and ask how the car was and how things are going. I emailed him saying I wanted to get something a little bigger and two days later he had me in basically my dream car! He even said he had a few in mind when I came in for my appointment. I highly recommend these guys for your new vehicle needs.

Went to Titan with a list of things I wanted (small but with good cargo space, modern, remote start) and a very strict budget. Like, super strict. Got an appointment with Josh, and he was awesome. He had several cars that fit my needs, and was very respectful and mindful of my price range. He was also very intuitive, he could tell when I wasn't super into the cars I saw leading up to the one I went with, and he was very kind about going to the back in the cold and bringing a new one out until he got to a car that worked for me.
He was also great about answering all my questions and concerns, and even showed me the report of the inspection that was done on the car, and everything that had been fixed. Since the car was new to the lot and hadn't had a chance to get fully detailed before I signed the papers, they let me drop it off later in the week to get a full cleaning, so I still got that new (to me) fresh car experience. And they were even able to lend me a loaner car to get to and from work for the day and a half interim.
I was nervous to begin with about going to a used car dealership, because of all the horror stories you hear, but I had a 10/10 experience here. Very open, up front, respectful of budget, lots of cars to pick from, and they went above and beyond to get me absolutely everything I wanted. So yeah, shoutout again to Josh. And Carson was super awesome with getting me the exact warranty that suited me. And Mike was lots of fun, and a very animated talker (lots of arm movements). Thanks team!
