★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sketchy salesmen John and Baxter, only reason I give a 2 stars is because Bob was great to deal with. They messed up our registration with Transport Canada and made us jump through hoops. Nearly got a $250 dollar fine on the water, first we were aware of the mistake. They ignored emails from Transport Canada urging them to correct the registration we later found out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Met the " new" service manager. Having warranty service issues with another dealer and Leatherdale took the time to explain how to go about having the issues taken care of...waitin on Alumacraft to get the paperwork back to start....( finally?) getting this rectified

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. Told I should sell my snowmobile and buy new. Told to part out the machine and buy another unit. Told all of this while not even understanding what was the issue with snowmobile, didn’t even look at it. Not sure what Derek’s role is in the service department, but could use some training on customer facing. Would never recommend to have any service done at Leatherdale marina . Wouldn’t even give it one Star *
