S	Savanna Goodyear on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would take my money elsewhere. They reached out to me stating that the bike I wanted was available, and asked me to send the deposit immediately. I did that, within minutes. I didn’t hear anything all night, and I called the next day as they did not take my payment. I was then informed that the bike was sold, and someone else had sold it to another customer before it was sold to me. Waste of time and money. They don’t even care to call you back to let you know what’s going on. Terrible company. Don’t waste your time or your money with these guys if you want to be treated right. I could have continued my search for the bike that I wanted, but because I thought I had one on the way, I didn’t bother. I don’t want to know how long it would have taken them to tell me I wasn’t getting a bike after all.

I first came in looking for an ATV and quickly set eyes on this sxs. They worked with me and were able to get everything completed and delivered in a fair timeframe. As a result, my old man came and bought a P1000 because I shared my experience. I highly recommend checking out Orillia Motorsports. They have a wicked bike selection and offer the best sxs and atv’s.

Got it back before the weekend and she starts and idles flawlessly with the first touch of the e-start. They give you the entire run down and walk you through the entire invoice, even inviting me into the back shop to see the battery stock to put me at ease with their service. A+, I'll be back if they agree to look at a Yammy again, haha.
M	M Porter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid to have my motorcycle certified and have maintenance done. They quoted top end work of the engine, maintenance on brakes and clutch, repairing intermittent horn, changing final drive fluid, and replace front tire. After 4 months of waiting, the engine still needs work, they adjusted the valves with no noticeable difference to anything and didn't communicate this when my expectation was they would be doing top end work to address the noticeable ticking. The clutch work they did made it worse, it now does not disengage the clutch enough to shift clearly. Brakes are great, so far. For the horn they replaced 1 of 2 horns (so they don't match) that both worked and the button that has a bad contact still does not activate the horn. The gauge cluster they took apart is mangled and not put back together. They decided to not replace a $20 coolant cap that had an o-ring go bad and didn't tell me even after they test drove it, they only did when I came to pick up the bike. The safety they signed over to me is not valid since the horn isn't functional. I paid well over the value of this bike to get it into a safe running condition and it's not there. I sold the bike today because I can't justify paying a real shop to quote work, do the work, invoice it and be accountable and communicative. They will not respect you or your bike.
