They made a great error and sold us the wrong size prop even though both my wife and I called ahead and asked for the specific size of replacement prop which we had previously purchased from them 2 months prior. My son arrived and a prop was sitting waiting with his name on it but was out of a box. The first one came nicely in the original packaging. He paid the full amount for the prop we had previously paid but we were given a smaller prop which was cheaper in price and too small for our boat! We lost the long weekend of boating since my son picked it up on a Friday and they were closed for the weekend! We had to make the drive all the back up from Newmarket to pick up the correct size prop that they took our money for! Amanda offered no apology and even told my wife her being upset is going to get no where with ‘her’. We were offered no apology and just told she didn’t know how that could happen. She offered us no compensation for having to drive up twice and when I wanted to make a another smaller purchase she charged us full price and would not give us a discount even for all our trouble! She plainly refused and therefore my wife choice not to give them the business and I agreed! No customer service, rude and completely inconvenienced us and ruined a long weekend! We will never go back or recommend them to anyone! Sadly we were recommending them to everyone at our marina after our first purchase but Amanda and her rude treatment of us quickly changed that!!! 0/5 stars!!!

This company did an unbelievable job for what I feel is a very reasonable fee. The bottom end looked factory perfect. Great job United Propeller!!! Highly recommended!!!

Changed to a 4 blade and different pitch to get up out of the hole quicker and it works amazing. Great service and even had a drop box so I could pick up off hours. Was able to reuse the hub and was changed over in 15 minutes. Thanks!
