I am not from the area and did the transaction on line . He did not pressure me to get things I did not want. This dealership cares about the customer no pressure they make you feel comfortable in your transaction. When I picked up my TA I had no disappointments even though I did not see the car before I purchased it. This team a Hwy 11 chrysler cares about your needs as a client and go above and beyond to help you . I am so glad that I got Julian as my sales rep because I just got the car I have wanted for a long time. Thanks again Julian.

They called me back a day later, saying sorry we don't have the parts or can get them, we are cancelling your appointment and you will have to call around to other dealerships in the area and bring your car to them. They mentioned Midland, Barrie, or further south to Toronto, issue I had was a power steering leak (a big one, no way I could drive it there. I called up this dealership, spoke to the gentleman in service and I said that I called Mac Lang first, that was the problem (I laughed), he looked online said Chrysler had 9 kits of my recall to fix the power steering. He ordered it, said they would call when it came in and set up a service call. Two days later, the parts came in, made the appointment, and my issue is resolved! If you have ever need a Dodge Dealership in Orillia, use these guys, Mac Lang is a zero star, these guys are a 5 star.
