Brought my bike in for a rebuild and had no issues, owner is super nice, he got the job done fairly quick during covid and didn't give me a hard time when I couldnt come up with full payment. I'd recommend BRD too anyone, bike runs mint. ????

Owner has a attitude went in looking for a tach cable for a vintage motorcycle, without even looking at it, nope cant do it cant get the parts, he can't even get a rebuild kit sorry I'm not a parts center. I ask do you work on old bikes, owner says yes he works on every thing, but not a parts store. Well I hate to bring my bike in for repairs because if I needed parts for it, I guess he wouldn't order the parts and just turn around and say cant get them. I have never been to a motorcycle shop that wouldn't bend over to help a customer, until now. Update part was ordered from another motorcycle shop in town. Who knew they still make a tach cable for a vintage motorcycle. The owner of this shop, that's who.

Well like many others on this review The owner is a absolute miserable 'know it nothing'. I try to keep my business local but guys like him ruin it for all others. Dropped my ATV off, It is an ATV shop, and needed a spring tune up. Two weeks go by, I drop by and he is too busy to do my ATV, and rude to me, while he takes in other business without doing work at his shop. I came back to get my ATV and he was as unprofessional as could be. Acting worse than a three year old. Sorry to insult all three year old's. I would not let him fix a Hamster wheel. Oh Ya Its Covid Wear a mask when you deal with the public,

I wish I could rate this place lower. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, but the owner is an absolute p.o.s. Booked getting some lights installed weeks in advance, no problem (he didn't ask for a name or any other info). Dropped it off the Monday morning and was told it was a quick easy job. Didn't hear back Monday or Tuesday from them. Called and said they book for the week, they're very busy, and would be getting to it on Thursday. We said we would pick it up Wednesday and drop it back off same day as the Dealer was coming to our house to fix a warranty issue. When we got there to pick it up, the lights were sitting in the bed of our machine, outdoors, in the elements. The owner came over hastily and said that we were messing everything up, he was going to start the work that same day, after telling us he would get to it Thursday, and being scheduled for the Monday prior, he got snappy and rude to my wife and told he we should take it somewhere else, he didn't need our business. He was quite rude and aggressive towards her, she is also visibly pregnant, quite a brave man he is running his mouth to her then avoiding me entirely when he came back out front. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone, which is too bad because his staff seemed like they were good people. As well, regardless of your stance on mask wearing and the pandemic, masks are mandatory in businesses, which he doesn't wear or enforce.

Brought my atv 2003 suzuki vinson 500 4x4 in for a simple tune up, check the valves, service the bike (fluids changed etc). Drove it off my truck into a sea container at the side of his shop as per instructed from the owner or BRD motorsports- Mr. Rob Black . A couple days later calls me to advise they did some testing and the top end of the motor was blown, over heated , beyond repair... with a higher milage machine, I went a head with a motor rebuild... $3000 later its ready to be picked up after a 3 month ordeal . Picked the machine up and nothing was done to it , same dirty oil, dirty oil filter, same spark plug... Brought the machine back the next day, only to spend yet again more money for the same service that I originally brought it in for . So lawsuit it is ;) I have receipts showing the "motor rebuild that was desperately needed" I lost my shirt on this , and he is disgusting, rude, pathetic. This can not go unnoticed. Have made a complaint with the city, the township, the police services, and my lawyer. Be aware everyone

Friendly, professional service. I highly recommend! Rob was awesome! He did a great job on servicing my motorcycle and putting on a new back tire. He also adjusted my clutch, which until I rode away didn't realize how much it needed that. My bike runs so smooth now. Thanks Rob!

All I have to say is wow.... I'm new to the area need a bike safetied/ certified - I called saying I can drop it by he's says to me "it won't be until 4 days later that we can get to it" I'm like that's fine whatever works for you, no problem - I ask "is it easier I bring it now and then you have to store and move it around for the next four days or do you just want me to bring it on the day you can do it?" A: Simply says "whatever up to you...." and hang up the phone abruptly - in sort of a angry agitated manner. Sorry pal was just asking. I had plan to build a project bike and needed to order 4-5 worth of parts/ rebuild kits/ big bore- was going to offer him that business but not a chance in hell now. You've just lost a local customer - I will never go there! - JUST rude and arrogant not what I expected at all ....
