★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far this dealer is a joke, I called 2 weeks ago and asked about a side x side and they said it was spoken for, fine it is what it is , two weeks later I look online and it says in stock , I called and asked about it and they said they have one but not sure if it's spoken for , I asked to speak to a sales person and no one available, 3 hrs go by and no one calls back , I call again and ask if there is any one that can simple tell me if the machine is available and they tell ne no ,lol what kinda dealer doesn't have 1 single person to let somone no if a machine is available or not . After all if it clearly says online available and in stock then should it not be ? And if not take it off your site. Anyways . Good luck to anyone who does business here.

Marina is awesome and always in positive spirits, stays past closing for me to grab parts and her son George is probably the best employee in the place (???). 5/5 strongly recommend GBay Yamaha!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently purchased a pw50 from Shannon Bell at Georgian Bay Yamaha. Shannon set the stage for excellent customer service from start to finish. He was patient while we asked a variety of questions; he was knowledgeable about the product and the additional products/inventory at GBY. When he was explaining how to operate the bike, he spoke to me and my children - which showed me that he respected us all... parents and future riders.
As our kids grow and our needs change we will be back to see Shannon and the crew at Georgian Bay Yamaha.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WARNING!! Do not do business with this dealer! We brought our sled in three weeks before we were going on a snowmobiling trip that had been booked six months prior. We were very clear when we needed the sled back. No communication on their part whatsoever, we hounded them for answers until we got annoying. FINALLY get a call saying our sled was ready for pick up. The bill was twice the amount from the original quote, and our sled was not drivable according to the technician. Also, another part had cracked when they were fixing the main problem, had we not called them out for breaking that part, they would’ve charged us. It needed another part that they said would be on back order until late March. We made one phone call to another Yamaha dealer in Bracebridge and found the part ourselves in five minutes. Yamaha’s excuse was they had sixty other sleds in the shop and were busy. Well, Yamaha, if that’s the case, perhaps be more transparent with your customers. Had we known there was a chance you couldn’t get our sled fixed in time for our trip, we would’ve gone elsewhere. It would’ve saved us a ton of grief and $$$$
The way you run your business unethical!!! Shame on you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Response from Chris: Came out at 2:30pm on my way out of town on a Friday to look at and possibly purchase a machine. I had called ahead to make sure it was there since I was making a large detour to get there. Had a quick look with the salesman and was ready to give a deposit but the salesman would not accept my deposit because "It's just me here right now". No other customers in sight. He didn't want to take my info and just wanted to push me off until next week. When I called back at my next opportunity (Wednesday) I was told that the machine was sold and I should have called yesterday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing power sports dealer! I've purchased 2 motorcycles and an atv from them, all great experiences. Service team is thorough, sales members are knowledgeable and pleasant. During covid they have been extremely busy, and understandable so, as every other business is as well. I don't mind waiting for a quality business and supporting my local Yamaha dealer.
