Would not have known what to do if we did not find this company. they fixed and bought our pellet stove up to code and provided us with a proper wet ticket. I love family businesses and this is a great one, they went that extra mile and did small repairs that I didn’t notice without an extra charge. I will definitely use them from now on. Very happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company has amazing customer service I called about a draft problem They fit us in on an already full day. They arrived when they said they would and were very courteous. They had a camera and uncovered a blockage caused by creosote buildup at the cap of the chimney. The camera was also used to ensure the chimney was "well swept". They started fires in each of our fireplaces to make sure they were venting properly. They cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using their services following a winter of burning wood.

I love their messaging service that confirms and reminds about appointments and notifies you when they are on their way. The guys were very careful to protect the home from dust and debris. They did a thorough job and provided helpful tips for using our wood burning appliance. I’m happy to recommend them.
