★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited for weeks to get a small job done, ( was never done) kept telling me every week for a month that he would come this week and never showed up. Poor service and no phone call or email to let me know he couldn't make it. Would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not use this service. I contacted Ian Richardson to do a repair job and he quoted $1695.00 for the job. He requested $695.00 up front which I paid. Since then, I've never seen him. He kept saying he'd come, but never did. Had some of the poorest excuses ever heard. This was a good one: "My wife has a brain tumor and it took a turn for the worst I will keep you updated probably Tuesday Wednesday next week soeery for delay" (Spelling is his, so it's a direct quote.) This was the next one: "I was hospitalized all week last week I will let you no on Sunday what day next week we will complete your job thanks for your understanding and I'm so sorry on the wait I had double lung infection and strept throat I'm not having good month" Followed by: "One more week in hospital with high courts antibiotics should be good on 4 or 5 of October". I then asked for my money back. His response: "I'm sorry but your going wait I've been in the hospital for over two months so I have no money so I will pay you when I can get back to work and get money coming back in plus basically dieing in hospital I have way more important things to think about and I keep in touch when I could so I will let you no when I have money coming in probably not till the spring". I haven't heard anything since... If I could, I would have given him NO stars on the rating.
