After 1 year got a renewal statement, I did not renew with them but they continued to cover me for months after my 1 year I agreed to. Cost me an extra 126 dollars. I chose not to go back to them because their price was almost double another company so when i did not renew they continued my policy anyways without authorization and will send it to collections if I don't pay the difference. Apparently on page 6 of the contract it was in the micro print that no one reads. (my fault for not reading the fine print I guess). STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN !

Communicating awesome and professional all throw emails. Signing the emails was super easy and getting all the information they needed from me and they did the rest. After several emails requesting information from my agent so that I could make a sound financial decision during a recent vehicle purchase, I finally had to blindly go with whatever my insurance agent offered. No fiduciary responsibility was extended to me during this purchase, which is required by law in Ontario. Giving the benefit of the doubt to them, I agreed to a phone call with my agent at a later date. When I finally got a hold of my agent, she was less than helpful or friendly. So I reciprocated her attitude. The agent reacted to this by hanging up the phone on me. Good to know that an insurance broker will happily take your money, but doesn't want to give respectable and useful service unless you make it a priority and demand it. And when demanded, they call you aggressive! UNBELIEVABLE! I asked about cancellation and the agent couldn't provide me with any documentation or policy information on doing it, what it would cost, etc. Honestly, one of the worst for car insurance service i've ever experienced. Very negative attitude towards their paying clients and will place blame on client for lack of friendly, detail oriented insurance service. Would not recommend. I will be changing providers as soon as my renewal is up.
