★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked this company for a chimney sweep on October 4th for October 21st clean. The lady who booked it sent me a text to verify. On the 21st they didn't show up or call to schedule nor did they return my text or phone calls. My wife wasted her whole day waiting for someone who never show'd up. Now deep into October all the chimney sweeps in Barrie are too busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been using Barry and his crew for flue cleaning for a couple of years now. They are extremely professional right from the get go. This year we decided to upgrade our fireplace with an insert. From the time we ordered, it was installed and working in about a week. We had a Belfire place which required modification to be able to fit the insert. Their attention to dust control was refreshing. We would highly recommend Polar Bear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very quick but no conversaton about condition of chimney or wood stove after they finished. They noticed loose door gasket and didn't have one on their truck. Told me to fix it myself. Not very well equipped. They had to borrow my screwdrivers to remove chimney cap. And then kept the screwdrivers. No response when I left a message about returning them. Definitely will not use them again.
