Great Marina and fantastic staff! We have visited many Marinas in our travels as we did the Great Loop, none better than Queen's Cove for amenities and helpful staff. We have recently sold our boat but our stay over two seasons was an excellent experience.

Absolutely fantastic experience with these folks. Every exchange with staff was top notch. If I needed a slip this would be my first choice.

Great marina with gas dock and all the amenities you need. The swimming pool is a nice place to relax after a day out on the bay. We keep a boat and two SeaDoos at the marina and haven't had any issues other than a lot of weeds that grow in the SeaDoo area later in the season. Get there early to find a parking spot as the parking lot fills up quickly on nice weekends.

The owner should know how frustrated his customers are with the lack of communicatiion on status of pool, dock carts, parking, pump out equipment, temporary winter storage huts, and the list goes on. WIthout any communication from the marina to the customers dock talk happens and it usually is negative because we are all making assumptions. You have a news letter, USE IT. So what is happening with the pool? Are we going to have use of it. You knew about the crack last year.....GET IT FIXED or give us some funds back. What is happening with the use of the dock carts? Most of the other marinas have carts available where are ours. I am tired of making 4-5 trips from the car to the boat every weekend. I am sure you are feeling my frustration and believe me I am not alone. Please communicate to us YOUR CUSTOMERS. Very poor in communication to their customers. Received a news letter several weeks ago. Amid this Pandemic I asked for better and more frequent communication and no reply. Web site is not updated. Leave phone messages and no reply. Great place to keep your boat however totally ignored otherwise. I am a sailboat owner and 4 year customer of Queens Cove Marina. I recently had an issue with a bent prop shaft and after some investigation it needed to be replaced along with a new strut, cutlass bearing, and motor mounts. Kat at Queens Cove provided the insurance company with an estimate and the work started. At first I was extremely hesitant on letting Queens Cove do the work based on information from others and my own experience. I really did not have any faith in their ability to do a proper job. I am happy to report that the work was done at a very high level and in fact the repairs are better and stronger than original. I don't believe any other marina could have done a better job. I gave a 4 out of 5 stars not for the work but I believe there could have been better planning and better communication.

From the moment i interacted with the lady working at the front desk i realized something was wrong with this place. She was very dry, wouldnt crack a smile, and made you feel dumb if you asked the wrong question. the slip i stayed overnight didnt have enough amp power and there were nails sticking out on the dock and obstacles to get to my boat. the Manager Owner is the most unhelpful, when i asked for a worker to help me lift something that would have taken no more then 5 minutes. He told me he was runnning a business and couldnt afford to help, even when i offered to pay, but i guess it wasnt worth it for him. All he cares about is money, no empathy and very poor customer service. Do not trust these guys! stay away!

I had a slip at Queen's Cove Marina from the year that they opened until I sold our boat in 1997. I returned just recently to use the boat launch for a same day in and out. The Marina has improved dramatically since my last time there. It was a pleasure to see Andy Genis again after so many years. Thank you Andy and the rest of the team for helping to make it a great day.

We bought our first express cruiser and have been looking at different marinas to dock our boat. I probably bugged Colleen a dozen times before choosing this full service, layed back, and at a great location marina, and she was great. I haven't met everybody yet, but Andy and the crew were amazing putting my boat in the water on a rainy Friday afternoon, so that I could go and setup the boat on the weekend, even though the weather isn't boating weather this week. My wife and I are very happy with choosing Queen's Cove as our home and looking forward to making great memories here so close to some of the best boating on Georgian Bay.
