Pier 69 Marina

I've rented boats from here in the past and rented again last Monday! Honestly the prices are great, but they really need to clean this place up. Customer service and what you get for the price is good. They just need to be cleaner. The washrooms are horrible, the Marina itself is covered in trash.

Bill is an honest guy and rents out his pontoons and fishing boats at reasonable price. He and his wife are cute couple trying to do business and I really liked their service. The pontoon was well worth the money and I highly recommend renting from them. I will be back next time with my family. I highly recommend this place. The lake is very nice and pretty quiet when I went. I will be back!

The owners were nice, but did not understand English very well. I called and reserving a boat, then called back a couple days later just asking a few details about the location. When i arrived the lady thought I had cancelled my appointment in our last call, and told me the boat I reserved was gone. I then had to rent a more expensive boat, and ended up paying 1,100$ for a one day rental because of "prop damages". Would not recomed

We rented a pontoon from Bill this summer. We used one of his beat up trailers to pick up the pontoon we rented. An hour after renting the boat we had to call him to come and swap out trailers as the wheel well was smoking as it was seized due to lack of grease in wheel. We spent the first day repairing the boat as the canopy was held together with broken twist ties and many loose parts/components on boat. Battery died first day, needed to swap out battery, had numerous issues starting motor up in mornings, list goes on and on. Bill and his wife were very nice people, equipment needs to be maintained and updated.

Cheapest rentals you'll find in all of Ontario, boat did its job, and owner was very friendly. He wasted no time getting our boat ready and filled the gas tank fully for free. Also caught tons of huge bass in the bay towards the east of the marina which ended up paying off the cost of the rental lol. Would definitely recommend their rentals, great location if you like fishing.

Our experience was a disaster. Choose another rental company and save yourself the trouble. Have had 10 years experience boating. We rented a pontoon for two weeks to enjoy with our kids and family. He had the only available boat that was available for the two weeks we needed. Over the 10 days we had it it broke down 4 times to the point of being not being able to drive. Each time the owner came to fix it and brushed it off. The final time it broke down in the middle of the lake. Had to call him to tow it back to the cottage and took at least an hour and a half for him to show up. Stranded in the hot sun with 3 adults and 3 kids and a puppy. Luckily the baby wasn’t on that trip out. There was no safety kit on board. Only a small whistle which was useless. At that point we decided to not keep the boat anymore as all the troubles were more headaches then it was worth. He came back to collect the boat with a trailer as it wouldn’t drive. My husband helped him try to get it on the trailer however after an hour it was apparent his vehicle couldn’t pull it out. He came back later and fixed it and drove it away in a lightning storm. We showed up to the marina (big mess, poorly cared for just like his boat) to settle the bill and he decided the best he could do was yell and argue with us about petty details. He kept trying to justify why it kept breaking down and eventually decided not to charge us for the last 4 days we didn’t have it. Wow. Didn’t appreciate the poor customer service and awful experience.

Great owners and great service. Boats for rent and good fishing. Excellent destinations for daily trips.
