Great Marina. Sari keeps the service and repairs running like clockwork.

I wanted to pass along our comments about what a professional job Dan the forklift driver does. After the first or second visit I didn't even have to speak to Dan, he just went and got our boat when he saw my wife and I. Also on Saturday when he heard that the battery in our boat was dead he called for the service guys to bring the booster pack. 5 minutes later we were on our way for a great day on the water. We couldn't be happier with the dry stack experience.

Clean Marina great staff. Expensive service.

After spending the last 10 years at Bayport, we made the decision to leave this year. First the good… Well laid out, with friendly staff for the most part, clean washrooms and showers, nice pool, and adequate parking most times. Now for the not so good… Five different marina managers in the last 6-7 years. Some were well suited to the job, others not as much. One should never have been made marina manager at all…. Thankfully he was only there for one year. Their so called WIFI service is all but non-existent. The signal is so weak, one cannot even get ones email or browse the web, much less download anything. If your boats marine GPS needs a software update, good luck! Fuel prices are some of the highest on the Bay, and prices for their service work are also on the high side. Despite a MUCH NEEDED 15% decrease in slip fees a few years ago after Parkbridge sold their marinas to Maple Leaf Marinas, fees have risen again every year since then, even during Covid with two shortened seasons in a row… This is unacceptable in our opinion…. Without going into details, Maple Leaf Marinas treated us very unfairly on more than one occasion. When this was pointed out to them, they didn’t care and refused to make the situation right. When they were criticized for it, we were then threatened with being thrown out of the marina. In our opinion, Maple Leaf Marinas is only interested in making extra profits for the owners and their shareholders. They now own 15 marinas in Ontario! We have no desire to be a part of this monopoly any longer. In response to your reply: "You had issues with us last spring, and you had issues in the fall …… why do you continue to boat with us ? If it continues, I’m afraid that we will have to part ways." Why would anyone want to stay, or reconsider coming back after receiving that? There were plenty of opportunities for Maple Leaf to make things right. Instead of doing that, you closed the door.... Good luck with your marina empire.

We truly have the best marina on Georgian Bay! Our gas dock attendants are friendly, helpful and efficient. We were returning from the long weekend and Sam, just one of our fabulous dockhands, had been assisting another boat on the run next to us and took it upon herself to come to our slip to catch our lines. So proactive. Ken is a wonderful ambassador to American and Canadian cruisers doing the loop -- offering chart review for their anticipated journey onward to the North Channel. Kyle was a great coordinator/host for both the sailing and powerboat rendezvous. We had a great time at both -- made many new boating friends. We love the Boaters Garage Sale that Bay Port sets up at the beginning of the season. Hated to miss it this year. The office/warehouse staff receive our packages with a smile. Our washrooms are ALWAYS spotless. Thanks to the entire Bay Port team who are the reason our live-aboard life on Horizon is the best! Well, that and our perfect slip.

My family and I are new to Bayport this summer and I have to say the experience has been fantastic! What better way to spend the summer of 2020, surely a difficult and memorable year, out on the water enjoying boating and staying in a very nice marina located in the heart of Midland! Bayport is very close to downtown Midland and features walking & cycling trails nearby that lead to nice town beaches, Midland Sunday Farmer's Market and of course in Midland harbour we are right in the heart of the absolute best freshwater boating on the planet!! Bayport staff have been really great. They are friendly, eager to help and in many cases go above and beyond to make sure their clients are properly looked after. From the fuel dock attendants who safely handle the boats and refueling even offering free pump outs with fuel purchase and went the extra mile to rinse our holding tank to the friendly dock attendants, office staff and John, the GM who all seem very keen on helping out we have been very impressed with this marina! I saw in one review a complaint that the GM didn't do much other than drive around in a golf cart which couldn't be further from the truth. I have seen the guy hauling propane tanks, garbage, boat parts etc. with the golf cart around the huge marina and also see him cleaning, testing & shocking the pool, "valeting" boats very competently to and from the fuel dock, dealing with clients questions, needs and various issues all with a smile and great customer service attitude. I would have no problem recommending Bayport to friends or any boater looking to keep their boat in one of the nicest marinas on Georgian bay.

Well run marina with capable and friendly staff. Really nice town and location.

They're doing their best to fit us in. Need tons of work done before we sail from Midland to Thunder Bay in late July. Will let you know how they do. Hopefully we're ready to safely sail Superior.
