Waited MONTHS for parts. Would never EVER return calls. Finally drove 2.5 hours only to discover that the order so badly bungled it was a complete waste of time. Tried calling again to sort issues. Once again- no return calls. Incompetent! Unprofessional! inefficient. I'll order from anywhere else from now on.

Mechanics and a GM that actually care about customers and care about getting you on the water and enjoying your experience on your boat. The GM and tech mechanic went over and above to make sure that my boat was ready. I had a really great experience with them. All around a great team and even better people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought our boat from this location and have brought it to this location for service, winterization ( including shrink wrapping) and storage . This year we picked up our boat and found damage due to improper winterization and storage. We now have insurance involved and this team is no longer responding to the insurance company or take any accountability for their work. Extremely poor experience. Avoid at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not purchase a boat from Pride, if you plan to use their services afterward. Our boat purchase, a year ago, went well but since then it’s been brutal. We are well into the summer and they still haven’t put our boat in the water, a service they offer and that we pay for. You cannot reach anyone, ever! Their customer service is quite possibly the worst we have ever had. Pride, you have to figure that out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We left our new boat in September for regular maintenance and some work that needs to be done at the Pride Marine located at Oro-Medonte, left several messages and did not her anything from anyone, spoke 3 times with Manager Customer Service at the Oro-Medonte (the boat was delivered to him in person), who say that he will call back, and never called back. Horrible customer service, they say they will call back, never call back, dont give any updates about if they are doing what they supposed to do with our boat to be ready for summer time, and untill now nothing. I truly regret to buy this boat with this company. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
