Not sure what happened with the negative review but my experience was total opposite. I stored my boat there last winter season, always had great interaction with the owners and their staff when I dropped in and/or arranged for storage. I had problems in the spring coming to get the boat due to renovations at my home (no where to put it once home). Talked to Adam and we came to an arrangement that helped me out big time. He and his wife were more than accommodating and helpful. I will continue to do business with them in the future.

Adam was very helpful to me as I dropped a job on his lap to check an outboard motor an old 69 hp merc and although this is an extremely busy time for them, and it is not something that they would normally do, he helped me get it out of my truck and was willing to help me out when no one else was prepared to give me the time of day. Nice to see a company go out if their way to help a new customer.?

I’ve been taking my boat to Eleven North Marine for several years now. Adam is a great person - honest, reliable, and knowledgeable. On countless occasions he has gone way beyond what anyone would expect to make sure that my boating experience was enjoyable. When you take your boat in it’s pretty obvious that they love boating and want to make sure that their customers do too! This is the kind of customer service you always hope for but rarely find!!

Adam and Nicole are a pleasure to deal with and very professional. After storing my boat at one of the other major marina dealerships just down the road where I had also initially purchased the boat, I was constantly unhappy with the unprofessional attitude of their staff and the apathetic attitude about providing good customer service once you purchased a boat from them. Consequently since I have moved to Eleven North it has been such a pleasant surprise to receive such excellent customer service and both Adam and Nicole are responsive, are willing to go the extra mile to help you out and always have a smile on their face when you walk into the office. They always take the time to explain what maintenance is being done and only recommend what they see as being absolutely necessary based on their years of experience in the marine service business. I have referred many of my friends and business colleagues to them as their services are reasonably priced and they will warrant what they service. Adam and Nicole are the best! It was time for me to sell my boat. Adam took charge of the whole operation .... taking care of preparing the boat, physically displaying the boat, finding a buyer and taking care of the financial transaction with the new buyer .... all I had to do was go up go back and pick up the cheque two weeks later. Adam and Nicole took a lot of stress off my back. Thanks Eleven North.

Have used Eleven North for a number of years and the majority of the Staff have been pleasant to deal with but since storing boat there for the winter each year at pickup something always seem to not work or was broken I.e. water heater. Stating this the boat is older and things happen but it was fine when it went into storage. Another issue I had was overheating which I knew was the seal in the lower end but Adam insisted it was the head gasket @ $3000 job to fix. I asked him to proceed with the seals as I stated and he refused. I then took the boat to another technician and he listened and we fixed the seals…. Problem solved…. $300.00. Used boat for remaining season and took to Eleven North for storage and fluid change etc. Picked up this year and engine had 4 litres of extra oil in it. I had the same technician that did the seal verify the oil did not contain water and was entirely oil. Spoke with Adam and he insisted the heads were the problem attempting to convince me stating the extra was water in the oil. Considering the boat had not been put in the water yet or started by me if there was water in the oil it would only have been from Adam’s start up this season. But again confirmed by licensed technician it was all oil. Boat has been in water and running fine since extra oil was removed but Adam refused to admit they had done anything wrong and as others have stated no matter how polite you are with your requests and questions and especially if your have any knowledge Adam treats you very rudely and disrespectfully. I am sure he will respond with statements about the age of the boat and other BS blaming me or something else but this is just who he is. All I can say is you make your own decisions but educate yourself before taking his analysis to heart and get other opinions.

Bought our first boat this summer and visited Eleven North Marine several times. Adam and his crew were extremely helpful and genuine, and never made me feel foolish for asking some of the most basic boating questions. Good people offering great service that will keep me going back there for all my boating needs!
