I was through here 2 weeks ago and my seadoo had an electrical issue and Chris (mechanic) and front desk girl (sorry, forgot her name but she mentioned she's the owner's daughter) were both ultra helpful. Chris fixed my seadoo after troubleshooting it on his own time. It was the middle of a 3 day seadoo trip and without these guys my trip would have been over. Just great people all around.

Not only are the grounds immaculately maintained, the staff goes above and beyond to accommodate. Couldn't be more impressed. Pricing is on point backed by tremendous customer service. The owner even came out on Sunday after hours and lent a hand at the boat ramp. Hats off and much respect to this kind of hands on approach! What a refreshing experience!

Last summer on our return from our 2 month round trip from Gananoque to Lake Superior one of our props struck a pretty solid object under the surface while in Georgian bay (of course). I placed numerous calls for haul out and repair in the region and stopped my search with Bridge Port. They assured us the boat could get hauled out and looked at right away. They didn't disappoint. We hobbled our way to them through the Trent system and we were greeted on the fuel dock by very friendly staff. The amount of helpful and professional staff are too numerous to mention here but I can honestly say everyone we met and talked to were awesome. The Marina staff made us feel like we were their only client as they commenced the long and tedious repair on our boat in the height of the high summer boater flow. Long story short, we were so very pleased to be in the hands of Bridge Port Marina. We felt such a "family" vibe from all staff. A real team setting. After a short while and a shaft replacement and two prop repairs later, we were back on our way. The Marina saw to every detail. This is a first class Marina. Thank you.

The owner, his staff and seasonal dock hands are always great to deal with and are professional and courteous. Their Parts Manager and Service Advisor, Justin is particularity knowledgeable and helpful with complex orders and issues when presented. Thanks guys!
K	Kelly Binkle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an unexpected issue with our 26' single engine cruiser mid way through our family trip. Bridgeport was amazing to deal with. They went above and beyond in every way. You can see the huge boats they deal with daily and you can't help feeling like a small fish in a big sea but they never contributed to that feeling in any way. They dealt with me and my family as if we were just as important as the massive boats they're servicing likely for huge $$. Which brings me to the cost of our repair. I expected to really have to pay due to the emergency nature of the work. Bridgeports pricing was not only reasonable to start but they even cut me a break on some of the handling costs! My home lake Marinas provide excellent service but their prices are their prices and they rarely cut them. If I was anywhere in this area Bridgeport would be my #1 service center. Bridgeport marina saved my family vacation by taking the repair job (not all I contacted would) giving a fair assessment of the issues, offered different solutions at different price ranges and got the work done in a timely fashion given it was prime time cruising in August 2021. Thanks Bridgeport!
