★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful, awful place. The people are the worst part of it. As you're right next to each other, people can make or break a place. In this case, they definitely broke it. Loud into the 2am right next to you in every direction. Very hostile feeling, almost like a gated community.

Everything is so clean and near: Gull Lake- 2 minutes, store - 2 min, Forest - 2 minutes, playground- 2 minutes. Thank you Mona so much for your help. You are very nice lady and I very appreciate everything you do for me and my family.
