★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The area is fabulous. There washroom areas were maintained nicely and their were outdoor portables. It was a rainy day when we went still was beautiful to walk out on beach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typically a quiet Beach to take the kids to in the summer and you can find multiple ice rinks cleared for skating in the winter just be mindful of all the traffic from those out ice fishing, especially on family day weekend. The Lake is not very deep so careful when boating. There are a couple boat launches near this area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice area for families with small children. Lots of sand on the beach. Several people enjoyed stand up paddle boarding. There is a slide on a floating platform for the older persons who like to slide into the water. The water was about 4 feet in this area The water was very shallow and you could walk out into the lake for a long distance and the water would not go up past your knees. There was a toilet in the area but it was stinky and not pleasant. There is a playground for children. During a rainy season I believe this lake would be deeper which would change this beach area a little less friendly for small children and those not able to swim well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there in winter. Mid February. In winter it has different beauty. We walked middle of the Gull lake. It felt amazing. We will defiantly visit again in summer.
