They changed out the impellor and had it ready for the long weekend. There was a small issue that cropped up following the work. I brought the boat back on the Thursday night. The service department was extremely busy, because of the long weekend, but Matt worked on it late in the afternoon to have it ready. The department is very professional and find it important to keep the customer as satisfied as possible. I believe the service manager name was Doug that I dealt with. I would like to thank Doug and Matt for making my fishing weekend happen. Thank you all, Patrick

Bruce stayed late for us to look at boats and then even later for us to fill out the paper work after we decided on one. After we water tested my bank screwed up on the bank draft and I wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to sort it out that day Bruce offered to bring the boat to Collingwood for me excellent service and a great boat for the summer. I strongly recommend!

I received a call from the owner, Doug (on a Sunday no less), and his team stepped up right away to resolve my problem beyond my expectations. I want to thank the entire team at McGregor on the Water for their support (Linda and Bruce)! This was the first time I had done business with them but it will not be the last and if you are looking for fair pricing and outstanding customer support I highly recommend McGregor on the Water, a family business that behaves like a family business.
