★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this dealership at first seemed nice, but quickly after i bough a sled from them. they were rude dint care how they talked to me. they mistook me for another customer told me i was a looser and did not get approved and to beat it .. when i called back and gave my name they said oh wrong guy .... like really that's what u say to someone.. then after there was a warranty issue they gave every excuse in the book not to cover it, it was like they were paying for the part and not arctic cat... the people they have in there don't have any knowledge on sleds and i am warring anyone to seriously think long and hard before buying from them, pay a little more or less at a real dealership than take a chance with them ..... Ive been ridding for 25 years and buy a new sled every 3 years... but will never buy or get anything done from service from them .... they may be ok to you until there's a problem then they make you go through a nightmare to correct it ... any buyers be warned!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the pleasure of dealing with Steve several times during the last year or so and he has been very helpful, very professional and has offered us the best pricing on all our equipment purchases.
I have had many experiences with various dealers of several manufacturers in the past 15 years and although they most have been relatively good, Steve is for sure raising the bar substantially.
Would definitely recommend anyone in needs of agricultural or construction equipment purchase or service to visit them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited the parts department and purchased items a couple of times. Steve the parts manager went well above and beyond to help with a difficult part. Almost impossible to locate a 1978 Ford ring gear. Other places said No before I finished the sentence. He made it happen. Super pleased with this service.
Even the owner Steve (yes 2 Steve’s) had offered to come by my shop and look over another challenge I had on some hydraulic issues. First class people.
When I make a tractor purchase I’ll call them !

When I stopped in to see what Mcauley's had in for the sled Inventory. As soon as I walked in I was pleasantly greeted. The staff are very Knowledgeable on not just Arctic Cat sleds but New Holland equipment. Customer service is amazing. Thanks for the experience. Keep up the great work folks

I can't even begin to give my appreciation to the owner of this company! I won't go into the specifics but this was my first experience with them, and I hope it won't be my last. Their customer service is beyond exceptional and I feel guilty in all that he/they did for me. Yes, it's that good!
