★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service department was unable to fix our truck after multiple times being brought in. They did about $20,000.00 dollars worth of repairs that didn’t fix anything. Their own mechanic admitted to me that that all of that work wasn’t right after he finally found the issue another $10,000 dollars later. The employee we were dealing with left the company while this was going on and he screwed up our billing so we ended up having to pay thousands extra. Multiple employees would look into our situation and never give us a response as to why we owed the extra money. The experience was so bad that I will never own anything with a cat motor again.
