for the most part the trailer was very nice well built. however they did not install plywood behind the Luan like discussed, my sales rep said they would reimburse me but its been 1 1/2 years now and I still haven't received the agreed upon payment. Terrible customer service to say the least.
PLEASE SEND THE PAYMENT !
