★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to pick up a truck I reserved on Friday got calls from uhaul Saturday explaining my reservation another Sunday telling me they’ll be reserving a 15foot instead An they called me again the same day to make sure about it plus 2 emails an I get there An they don’t have my truck an tells me to go somewhere else, once I get my truck I’m not using this service again. Customer service was rude An wasn’t any help

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't recommend going here. Sat in the parking lot for nearly an hour while management brushed us off everytime we tried to go in and ask just to pick up our truck. Other people were waiting outside for just as long, getting just as much attitude and horrible customer service as we did.
