P	Patrick Hupaelo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT RENT FROM 306 RV RENTALS!!!! Wow is all I can say. Worst experience EVER!! Shawn& Sharona were absolutely terrible to deal with. The grey and black sewers were FULL with someone else’s waste. We were given an extremely damaged unit. Table was broken, so we could not eat at it, nor could we convert it to a bed. So a camper they claimed to sleep 4, only had one bed. So all four of us had to sleep in one bed. The door handle to the bathroom was broken, and my two year old cut his hand on it. We were not informed that we were to bring our own propane, so there’s that as well. The door lock was broken so we couldn’t lock the camper with our valuables in it. The bathroom vent was broken off, so when it rained it rained in the camper. And what did they have to say? Well they blocked my number and so my husband was dealing with them. Then it took us 7 weeks to get our damage deposit back because they were “processing” it. We had to message multiple times about it and were given major grief; took us threatening to bring them to court to finally get out money back. Worst experience ever.

Was told to leave the trailer because the Jack and stabilizer would go up and said he would return our rental fee we paid. That was a complete lie. You since denies everything and trying to get more money out of me. The trailer he rented to us didn't belong to him and had no knowledge of the prior conditions other than cosmetics. Did realize a simple thing like the sewer dump hose wasn't in the trailer, the black tank was 3/4 full and smelt terrible I. The unit. The air mattress that was supplied didn't hold air. We had to buy a new one. Wasn't a good experience at all and will be prepared to see them in court to resolve it. Beware of this company
M	Moe Alghoul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst rental company to deal with. Trailer was in horrible condition. Black tank was 1/2 full. Called the lady and she tried telling me it was a sensor issue. They tried blaming us for a pre-existing broken ladder. 50 dollar part and they kept the entire deposit. They did not provide enough pins to tow the trailer properly. Never again will I rent for them. Horrible customer service also.
