Chantelle and Tim made for an amazing experience getting our new Wrangler ,We have been Jeep people for more that 25 years dealing with many Dealerships. and the service and treatment received at Mac Lang was super.

He is genuine and answered all of our questions thoroughly, he gave us a great deal on our trade. His honesty and integrity really came across during the whole process. Chantelle also was great! She answered all my questions and really put the effort into making the purchase a happy and stress free one.

I found Brandon to be honest and forthright which made the purchase transparent with no surprises. Chantelle was friendly and efficient with the sales paperwork. All staff in the sales and service areas were very friendly and kind from opening doors to offering beverages and generally checking to ensure we were comfortable.
My vehicle was delivered on time with my used vehicle looking like a new one. Awesome service! Thanks to all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a Ram ProMaster City through Mac Lang Orillia for my floral design business. We worked with both Kathy and Chantelle to get the van. Our family has worked with Kathy on a number of car sales in the past and we are continually so pleased with her excellent customer service and care. It took a long time for the van to arrive (thanks to covid) but Kathy kept me up to date throughout the process.
Chantelle was also excellent - she made the finance and pick up process super straightforward and fast. She explained everything very well and was kind and attentive. We were able to pick up the van right when we needed it.
Mac Lang continues to be the best car dealership our family has ever dealt with and we wholeheartedly recommend purchasing from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I picked up my new Jeep Gladiator Mojave, I had been dealing with Brandon for about 2 weeks, I was away at work, doing nights and he would answer all of my questions day and night, was very accommodating!! Upon arrival to pick up the Jeep, we were met by Carrie, Brandon and the general manager, at every turn there was a friendly person saying hi and there to answer questions! Hands down one of my best experiences of customer service! I would and have recommended this dealership to many people! Too notch service! I hope to keep this Gladiator for many years, but definitely hope to come back maybe with our kids!! Thanks again to all involved!! Friends for life!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From start to finish, it was a great experience buying a vehicle here! It was very easy to set up an appointment to bring my current vehicle for a trade-in appraisal. Within minutes of arriving to the dealership, Sam had helped me narrow my decision down to three vehicles and we were walking through the lot getting ready for test drives. Sam was extremely friendly and really let me take my time while walking through the lot and test driving the vehicles. It was great dealing with Chantelle as well! She was very patient throughout the buying process and really helped explain the fine print. I would definitely recommend Mac Lang to my family and friends, They were awesome to deal with and I am extremely happy with my new truck!
