My daughter and I just walked in with no intention to buy, but just browse. We were approached by 'Mike's, who was very professional, and knowledgeable. TERRIBLY managed location. Buyer beware, go anywhere in Orillia but here, drive to Barrie or even Huntsville but stay far away from here. They will overcharge, mismanage and under deliver every time. We have outfit two homes with them and had NOTHING but problems, they are a nightmare to deal with.

After ordering and paying $1300 in April for a recliner that was suppose to be delivered "within a month" I've now been told it could be end of July or August. It feels like once they have your money there is no real rush to get you what you've paid for. EDIT: I emailed you with the email address you gave me and this was the response "This receipt is not for an area we serve. This email address is for Owen Sound, Collingwood, and Orillia"

Terrible. Still waiting for my stove. Having a basement apartment put into my house and will need appliances and furniture but will NOT use Leon's again. Ordered astovan April 19th and received a phone call immediately from them telling me that they would call the following Tuesday to arrange delivery. They never called or emailed so I waited an additional 7 or 8 days before calling them back to see about my delivery and they apologize profusely that they neglected the call or email and promise me delivery on Friday May the 6th for a stove that I bought and paid for and was charged on my credit card and was told that it was in stock at their other location. When nobody called or emailed the third time I called the store and was informed that there would be no delivery on Friday May the 6th and they would try to get it to me the following week. I understand that there's logistic problems throughout the economy but what really bothers me is that they not once not twice but three times promise delivery on a certain date and didn't even have the decency to call or email to let me know that it was no longer coming

I bought a Decor rest sectional couch. It took 8 months. I do understand because of the pandemic situation and materials etc. I was lied to the salesman Mike. He claimed he would apply a sale towards my purchase that came through the store. Black Friday Boxing Day etc. After Leon’s Orillia got my money they did not care at all. All lies and sales tactics so you feel better spending your money with them. My couch arrived to. DIRTY RIPPED and wrong hardware installed so the two pieces of sectional can starch together. When a manager was contacted she just said. β€œHe will have to deal with it himself. Thanks

Two great guys, Matt and Matt delivered our Decorest sofa today. First, our driveway is not the easiest to navigate but they were competently able to get the truck very close to the house. They kindly helped me to get the old sofa out to my trailer for disposal. It was a tight fit to get the new sofa in but they confidently and efficiently got it in place. All the packaging material was gathered up and returned to the truck. Awesome! Thanks very much.

Short story - Good: Bought a washer and dryer and fridge in November. Washer and dryer set were delivered on time but dented, took a bit longer than quoted to get it replaced, but they work great. Delivery guys were awesome. Bad: Still don't have the fridge. It's "stuck in the queue". They've missed multiple delivery estimates over the past 6 months. Horrible customer service, say they'll call us back. Never do. They have yet to call to tell us the delivery time window on actual day of delivery either. Recommendation: If you can buy and walk away with it, cool. Otherwise proceed with caution. Or go somewhere else. Long story: My husband and I ordered a washer and dryer set and fridge from this establishment late last November. When we went in, our washer had just died so a large influence in our choice of product was based on soonest availability. We made a decision and were assured we'd have it within a week. They called to notify us about the delivery date, which was 9 days later but we're flexible people, so we just said great and looked forward to it. I never received a call to notify me of the delivery time window, I had to call them the night before, right before they closed. The next morning, I was delivered a heavily dented washer. The delivery guys were great! Product, not so much. The delivery guys said the manager would call us later that day to arrange for a replacement. No phone call. No phone call the next morning either, so I called them to follow-up. They said they could get me a new washer in 2 weeks. Fine. Then it was 3 weeks. Then it was a week before Christmas. When they finally delivered it, I still had to call to find out the delivery window myself. Products installed and work great. Love them. Left the experience with a bit of a bad taste in my mouth, but gave them the benefit of the doubt that it was just a one-off. At the time we bought the washer/dryer set, we also purchased a fridge, knowing and agreeing to the 3 month wait for delivery. No problem at all, our current fridge is still functional. February comes and goes, March comes and goes, and in enters April. I call to find out what's going on, and am told it's only 2 weeks out. Ok, just a little more patience. As April came to a close, still no fridge. My husband called and was told it's just another 2 weeks. Apparently they don't know why we haven't gotten it yet, because they've had stock of this fridge come and go. So now it's been 6 months since we bought this fridge and as of today, they still don't know where it is. It is apparently "stuck in the queue". We should be getting a call from the manager today. I'm not holding my breath. Won't be purchasing anything from this place again. Our dishwasher also died in February and we got one delivered 4 days later from Lowe's in Barrie. Customer service was great.

Went in to purchase a smart TV and was greeted by sales rep. Mike Watson. Mike was good to deal with and seemed to know the products he was selling. All good until I tried to enter the promo card draw. That didn't work at all.Whitney,customer care rep.,called me and resolved the issue. All is well that ends well
