Excellent and friendly service and assistance from all staff, particularly the younger members. I'm glad there is the store in our town that isn't American based. !00% Canadian owned.

D	Devon Ladd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Previously (late summer 2020) I had a not so wonderful customer service experience at the Orillia Peavey Mart, I wrote it off as businesses had lots to handle with all the covid nonsense going on. Just recently though I had great experience with a recent purchase. Item was oversized and heavy. Staff went above and beyond to assist with loading item safely. Very happy with every team member, had to submit a review. Hope this level of service continues.

I placed an order for an in-stock item on October 17 and the status update as of October 25 still says "waiting to ship"... that's waiting to ship from the warehouse to a store where I will have to pick it up. As for my store experience, it reminded me of a flea market. Many items didn't have price tags or weren't in the proper places on shelves. Boxes were covered with lots of dust. Aisles were crammed. And it seemed there was only one staff member - the cashier.
