★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We regretfully moved our business to Moore based on the promise of better lead times.. This “better” lead time happened only on our first order. After receiving the first batch, the print and colour were way off and all misaligned. The rep was unresponsive and did nothing to handle the matter as a whole. Then our orders turned to 12-15 week lead times. Our firm decided to move back to our original supplier which never failed this miserably. At this moment Moore decided to hold us hostage when we asked for our steel dies by creating invoices that came out of the blue… we decided to pay as we desperately needed boxes for production. Then to add more insult, our new supplier asked us to obtain our artwork files which all other companies readily supply; Moore refused to offer them. I would strongly recommend to steer clear of this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The job is packing boxes on a skid for 8 hours straight. One 10 minute break and one 20 minute break in an 8 hour shift. They do not rotate ever!
They treat you like a slave. Be prepared to work hard while there so called operators/ employees goof off and watch you pack and run outside for extra washroom and smoke breaks.
There union wants you to pay dues for 6 months before you receive any type of benefits package.
Do not work here if you appreciate your physical health and mental well-being. ?
The supervisor is a gossip and a bully and allows his employees to treat anyone new Like complete garbage just so his life is easier. Third world factory, that I do not recommend.
