★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ray's moving doesn't complete their moving job in a speedy fashion. I'm still waiting for some of my things after 3 weeks. And I had quite a bit of damaged items.., totally about
$200 plus the cost of my Kennel which was $600.. I am tired of waiting for my things, what else am I supposed to do?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used Rays Moving for two moves and have been very impressed with service and staff. When we couldn't get possession on time they held our items and then worked late to move us in that weekend still. Definitely recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dining room furniture (6 chairs and the buffet) was badly damaged; as was my leather couch, a colonial cabinet, my brand new TV stand, my sewing cabinet, a broken shelving unit. And both lamp shades damaged. They damaged a doorway going out of the house, and damaged a doorway going into my new place! All this in a 5 block move! Disappointed and disgusted - two of the three men were long time employees; management were rude and inconsiderate. Overall experience is less than 0 ... do NOT use them!

This company is terrible. They quote 50% less than they actually charge, then state that additional fees must be added because of "weight". My girlfriend, who weighs 110 lbs, and I were able to move our 2 bedrooms worth of furniture by ourselves in 2 hours. We had no large appliances and everything was already boxed up. I'm a little bit perplexed as to how light ikea furniture constitutes an additional $800 charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had no choice on the company as it was a government contract. Having worked for North American van lines previously I was pretty disappointed in how unprofessional the whole service was. I know the level of service we held at Mackies for all moves and especially government contracts. Load and pack no issues, items went to long term storage ( not sure how it will all come out in a year ). Sent an inventory list back to have some items pulled out of storage and delivered. ( for a fee of course ) Items partially delivered as they couldn’t locate half of the sofa and other large items. Then almost a 4 week wait for rest of the items. Moving crew showed up stoned and stinking of weed. Brought items in and left the whole set up box and walked away. Nothing was set up. Not going to bother contacting the company as it took 5 attempts just to get them to send me a copy of the invoice. Quick to say pre pay NOW or no delivery but no follow up.
