Big thanks to Jeremy, Kim, Caleb and Dave for their help with my 2022 Trek Emonda ALR frameset build. The guys listened, provided advice, and really went out of their way to help me get the bike I wanted. Easily the best service in Barrie! The bike is pretty good too. With Shimano 105 and training hoops, it's lighter (18lbs 1oz) and stiffer than the carbon, Dura Ace equipped, Pinarello F4:13 (18lbs 8oz) it replaced. At 6'2" and heavier than I should be, this bike doesn't creak and there's very little flex. Perfect! Trek's build quality and fit and finish is very good. I don't think it's quite on par with my wife's old Look 566, but it's better than her new Cervelo Caledonia and that Pinarello. Consider that this aluminum Trek is $1400 and the aforementioned carbon frames top $3000 and I'm happy with the Emonda ALR's value. Thanks Trek Barrie!

Provided me some advice about the bike and make sure that I have the knowledge I need before leaving the store. Never been happier with my purchase. Hoping to get more bikes with them in the future.
