And if we find something online that they don't carry they happily order it in for us and it is cheaper than if we ordered on our own! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Won't shop anywhere else for our birds needs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service! A bit pricey if you're used to getting food at Walmart or no frills but it's better quality. This place had lots of selection for cats! If you have a dog they also have lots to offer, as well as bunny food, ferret, hamster, bird etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love Kat's Pets! We can always find something for all of our pets (ranging from hamsters, to cats, to fish, to dogs!). We love how friendly all the staff are & they've handled the pandemic extremely well. Curbside pickup was always a pleasure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just picked up my baby boy Benz today from Kat and let me say very educated there and you can tell she is about the welfare of her animals and not the dollar sign. She handles and basic trains all her pets and makes sure they are ready to go to their forever homes. I absolutely love my Ferret and would definitely buy another pet from Kat's. I will definitely be supporting her store for any pet related product I need !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you so much for my new budgie Petry Olivier Logan it was love at first sight for us, my other budgie Phil thought love at first sight too and I couldn't keep Petry in his Cage to settle in he really wanted out. So only after a few hours I put my hand in his cage he hoped right on me and let me bring him and decided to join Phil for a treat. Thank you so much for my new friend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought some booties from Kats about two months ago and although the store is smaller than big business pet stores, there was still lots of unique selection for treats and whatnot! I was pretty impressed and we were offered help a few times which was awesome. They seem to take good care of their little pets too and they all seemed happy and healthy. The lady who helped us (maybe the owner?) was super kind and friendly.
