★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this store for the first time a few days ago and had such a wonderful experience with Brittany I returned again today! The staff and owner are so friendly and very knowledgeable about the products they offer!
It's so nice to enter a pet store that has diffrent products then the other pet stores around town.... High quality and affordable too! They offered me free samples of different dog foods for my dogs to try and looks like we found a winner! Looking forward to returning to this pet store in the near future! Thank you for being so kind and helpful! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was planning a birthday celebration for my oldest dog, Misty, so I had to get her gifts. My dogs are obsessed with ZippyPaws toys, so I was googling the toy brand because Its hard to find a good selection in Canada. I stumbled across this business and saw they had a great selection of Zippies, and they were also reasonably priced! So, I placed an order. I waited and I did not hear anything or get a shipping email (it hasn’t even been a week at this point), so I called them and left a message with an associate explaining it’s her birthday tomorrow and that I still have not received her toys. She said she would look into it and get back to me. Here is when it gets crazy! I got a call from the actual owner of the store. He called to explain about supply chain shortages and why things had not shipped yet. He said he was so sorry and that he heard it was her birthday, so he wanted to put a birthday package together for her (and her brothers), free of charge! He said that it would be here the next day in time for her birthday. I was stunned. It arrived today, right on her birthday and I was blown away! ZippyPaw brand toys for her and her brothers and treats! I am now a forever costumer. This is the kind of costumer service you don’t get anymore… except here. Thank you so much for helping her celebrate her big day! This place, it’s owners, and staff actually care about their costumers and our pets! Thank you Tack’N’Bark!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience! This is by far the most amazing service I have received in a long time. I went in a few weeks ago as I was referred and received amazing service. The young lady was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My dog responded well to the food suggestion so I went back today to get a large bag and some canned food. The owner and the other team member gave me some more samples for my cat ( who is picky), recommended some various options and then proceeded to help carry my purchases to the car.
Price point - excellent
Product selection - excellent
Product knowledge - excellent
Customer service - excellent
Will I go back - yes! Is this my store of choice - yes! Do I recommend you visit - yes!
