J	Jacob D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The nice Lady at the store helped me pick out a choker for my dog and I can't be happier with the purchase. I am able to control my big husky much better with the choker - it's built from solid materials and if properly maintained will last the full dogs life. I've bought haltees, muzzles and other harnesses and nothing has worked as well as this product. It's easy to take on and off when we go on a walk, just gotta be careful the dog doesn't yank his head out of the choker. The dog even seems more comfortable with the chocker then a standard collar. I plan on going back and buying a second one for my Golden.

My daughter and I were so pleased and impressed with the young people who were working there. They were friendly, knowledgeable and kind to our little dog. Thank you!! We'll be back!!

I just bought my little man some well needed winter sweaters and jackets today and he just LOVES them. Natalie and Luke are always such a wonderful help to me and I couldn't be more happy spending my time there in such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Thank you all for everything you do and all the assistance provided daily it doesn't go unnoticed. You GUYS ROCK!!!! Manny and Jennifer an xoxo ??
J	JOANNE MCLAURIN on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Returning an online order was very frustrating. Before making my return, I was instructed by corporate (1-800-PET-VALU) to go to my local store to return. When I drove across town to this store they refused to take the return because they didn’t sell the product. I asked them to give the 800 number a call and they refused. They told me it was their policy that they did not accept items they didn’t sell regardless of what corporate said and they turned me away. I called the 800 number again and the customer care service was also frustrated that the store would not take the item so they reimbursed my credit card over the phone and they will communicate with this store. Overall, Pet Value customer care service was fabulous but this franchise needs to be updated on their corporate return policies.
