Kelly is an absolutely amazing trainer and does a great job at making sure her costumers are always satisfied. Both of my dogs have graduated from there and are such great dogs and learned tons. 10/10 would recommend Ruff Haus to anyone with dogs!

Our dogs are so excited and eager to get in and very happy and tired at the end of the day. The training classes are great and build skills throughout the weeks giving things to work on at home and always willing to answer questions.

He has all the play, love, cuddles and pats he can ask for and it is his most favorite place to go?. They not only treat him like family but us also! So happy to have found them many years ago!

He’s learning way faster than we expected with the help from all the wonderful people here. They provide a ton of support after class as well if you’re running into issues at home, you just give them a call or email and they provide great tips and suggestions for making your life with your puppy the most enjoyable it can be!

The staff have been very patient and understanding with her. They are amazing and always helpful. I would highly recommend their daycare and grooming to anyone! Prices are also a very good value. Thank you to all the Ruff Haus staff for giving my dog the opportunity and experience to socialize with people and other dogs!!

They have created a safe and welcoming space where pups can play and interact, but be assured that there is always human interaction as well. Our pups connected with Kelly and the wonderful team at Ruff Haus as much as with the other dogs. They provide regular Instagram updates and report cards to share what is happening during the day, and also do really fun theme days with photos and gifts that mean so much. We recently moved out of province and leaving Ruff Haus was one of the hardest parts of the move. The team made the pups departure really special and momentous and were visibly sad to see them leave. It reminded us how much they were family to the dogs. We cannot recommend Ruff Haus enough. Thanks so much for everything…Dottie and Reggie miss you guys!!
