★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so happy to have Jessica. She knows her job and so great with my 1 year old puppy Rocky. Rocky was 2 months and it was hard to find someone to take care for few days a week. And I find Jessica, she is right person, professional and responsible, responds so quickly and welcome. Rocky loves to go there and play with other dogs, specifically during this hard time for everyone. And always come home happy and tired. Thank you very much for your great care of my Rocky.
Highly recommended !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jessica had my pup for almost a week while I was moving into a new home, and recovering from emergency surgery. Her communication was above amazing, she was kind, friendly, and clearly has a true passion for dogs! Benji was completely played out by the time I picked him up! He fell fast asleep 2 min after I picked him up. I can't wait to use Jessica again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being in the emergency veterinary industry makes it hard to find reliable pet care that fits my unusual schedule. Jess is always accommodating and flexible. She will even keep my dog overnight if I get stuck! It is such a relief to know my fur baby is well cared for while I take care of others!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jessica did advanced training for me and my dog Ella. Ella loved her from the moment they met and was eager to learn. I found Jessica to be knowledgeable, firm and kind, and we benefited greatly from her expertise and training. When I had to travel out of the country, I felt very comfortable in leaving Ella with her for extended periods. When I picked Ella up, she was happy, silly, relaxed, and well-behaved. Jessica is very organized, and well able to handle multiple dogs of varying breeds, temperaments and sizes. Jessica is relaxed and very professional, and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jessica is absolutely amazing with our husky shepherd. Our dog can sometimes be a handful but we know he's in such great hands when he's at Sweetheart Tails. He's always super excited to go there and play with his dog friends. So thankful for this hidden gem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love knowing that Jessica is available to look after my dog during my long days at work. There is an amazing and large backyard where my dog can hang out with other dogs and sniff around. Jessica is responsive and accommodating! The location is 5 seconds from the GO station which is very handy.
