So this is my branch. I'm posting this now, not because i just had a wonderful experience, but because i was just checking the hours and saw they only had 3 rating. I was shocked. Never have i ever felt so welcomed at a bank before. The staff is amazing and super friendly. Do not trust reviews that call this staff rude. Five stars all the way.

I am shocked at how unforgiving this branch is, in light of the current state of affairs. No they do not need to grant everyone relief and maybe they are not for whatever reason. They way they treated the situation and myself is unacceptable. I should edit all the tellers i dealt with were super friendly and kind, its upper managment I had issues with.

We used to bank downtown. When this location opened it originally was for convenience but it became about the people. I have not had such amazing service at a bank in years. Every person you encounter there is personal, friendly and helpful. Moving to this location was the best thing we did as a family.

What’s wrong with your business hours 9:30 am to 4 pm??? How do people go there if everyone usually works from 8 am to 5 pm? Moreover closed on weekends. β€œPlease do not visit us” service as is gets. Loosing work hours just to see a tailor doesn’t make any sense to your clients

Honestly the worst customer service in town. The Scotia bank representative was rude and uneducated. I had come in to have a payment retracted and she told me she could not do it and to call the company n ask for the payment back..i brought my sister who works for BMO and questioned why she could not perform this task.. once questioned she got out of her chair without a word and walked away.. then came back.. then walked away again without a word.. was completely ignorant to us.. then had me sign a paper and said the funds would be returned within 24 hours..not even explaining the paperwork.. i said thank you and left. Then friday i come back to the bank due to no funds being sent back.. and she explains that she tried to call me and had no luck.. i asked if she had my email to which she completely ignored that fact.. then proceeded to tell me that the money stolen from my account that she couldnt get it back due to it apparently being taken from an online source? Well wouldnt you offer to have an investigation done considering its theft? Instead she tells me that if she had a dollar every time someone compalined that the company told their customer to ask the bank for their money back she would be rich... not very professional. At this point i was upset and said thank you i will figure it out and walked out. This woman need to work on her customer service skills and treating all customers with respect. Very unimpressed with this service.

Went on Saturday morning, 5/7/22 to use the inside ATM and the doors were locked. Was a little confused as to why and then saw a sign that said, the inside ATM is only open during Bank open hours. Would love to know why. And if it is because homeless are sleeping in there, whatever happened to having to use your card to gain access. All the fees you earn from me alone, I think Scotia can afford to reinstall those. ATM's are to be 24/7 access and I do not want to use your useless drive thru as half the time the buttons don't work. After I was done walking up to the drive thru to do my deposit, three people went to go inside and lo and behold, none of them knew this either. Join the 21st century Scotia and allow your patrons access to their money via ATM's.

This company is cheap personified...! Completely understaffed branch like most of them. Corporate earnings come before customer service and it is truly pathetic! 20 minutes in line with one person in front of me... You should be embarrassed but your aren't. Corporate greed at it's mind numbing finest. Unbelievable !!
