The staff there are always kind, pleasant and loving towards my Quincy and I see how they are with other pets. Their boutique setting is great, just like home. Quincy always senses when I get there, I have no problem getting him in the door - he just knows he will be well taken care of. Thank you Pawfection staff!

Our family member Paiz, a 12lbs cockapoo was groomed by Lisa and her team at Pawfection since we had her. When Paiz got into her older years she became fragile and the kindness and care Lisa and her team gave our precious family member was something you can't put a price on nor find just anywhere. Lisa has a very special kindness with dogs (maybe with all animals but as I have only brought dogs to her, I can only speak to that). We now have a new family member ( a Bichon-Poo) and Lisa is equally as kind and caring with his grooming. He doesn't like having the fur on his front legs clipped with the shaver so Lisa takes the time to hand trim his legs for his comfort. If you love your Pet/family member this is the groomer for you!!

Once I spoke with Lisa about my girls and what I needed done I was comfortable with using her services. After visiting the salon and picking my girls up, I was VERY happy with their groom and got a really good vibe from Lisa. I won't be going anywhere else for Penny and Carmen's grooming needs. Lisa and her assistant are lovely, the boutique is clean and their pricing is fair.

Even my Toronto friends bring their dogs to Lisa to be groomed! Her little “fur clients” are like family to Lisa. She is SO considerate of each dogs special needs- if they are older- or a bit nervous- or heavy coated & need extra time- Lisa is caring with each & every one! As a business owner myself I know how important it is to find a person you can trust- especially with an important member of your family... your pooch?☺️

Lisa and her team do an amazing job with as little stress as possible. They are so friendly and very expert skilled at grooming. Blue always looks 10 lbs lighter and strides out of her grooming like she is proud. Its weird but true, she loves her grooming and so do we.
