★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Company gave 2 loans in (late 2020 and early 21)out to someone who is not me. I Phoned and the staff on shift pulled up paperwork and it had someone else's name on it. I contacted Money Marts fraud department and still yet to get a call back.
To make things even more mind blowing. I catch wind of this due to me doing a credit check. I have never been called or emailed about this outstanding balance owing. Than I find in my spam folder an email from a debt company only contacting me for the first time 2 months ago. How does a year and a half pass without anyone attempting at contacting me that two loans are out in my name outstanding? Furthermore why would you give anyone another loan when another loan is owed weeks before? Seems fishy.
