Great service tellers were helpful offered tailored services to save me money. They could be open later on a weekday would be helpful for those that get paid by cheque

Horrible customer service from Financial Services Manager AND Branch Manager. Only concerned with how much money they can make for the bank and do not give the best options for the customer. Go to a credit union where you are treated with dignity and they listen and understand your needs.

Lora is our financial manager. She has been very knowledgeable and responds to our phone calls and questions quickly. This branch is the best of BMO.

I had questions about my line of credit and tried calling two of the branches listed closet to me. The voicemail system would make a good firewall for any computer. It does everything except help you talk to a real person. Of particular note; when you do find your way to press 3 for a branch directory, you must have the name of the person you wish to speak to. It does not give you any help to find someone or the department you might need. Then it insults you by saying β€œI did not hear any response.” Of course you didn't I don't have a name to enter. On my third try when it finally sent me to a spot where I could leave a message I did leave a number and my question. "Some one will return your call as soon as possible". When I tried to call back over an hour later, the branch was closed and no one had returned my call. This time I some how managed to get someone at call central who did manage to get me an answer. She was very pleasant, easy to understand and helpful. If things do not go better when I do get into the branch, I will consider moving my business to a bank with a voice mail system that "helps” customers connect with a real person.

I had to head out to my branch to handle an issue that they could not help me with over the phone. The service was excellent as usual but I was especially impressed with how this team was still providing their excellent service amid all the uncertainty. Efficient, professional and helpful as always. Keep it up!

Neutral. BMO has "lost" my card number multiple times and stranded me with no debit card, and last time I was there I was stared down by someone as if I was a criminal for just existing. Then someone attempting to help me expected me to be a mind reader and got frustrated when I didn't respond in the way they expected. Barrie, Ontario, at it's finest.

Great service here! Came in to get something fixed on my account, and Brenda and her co-workers handled it quickly and competently. Their friendliness and persistence in figuring out the issue really made my day. Highly recommend their services. Thank you all so much for your help!
