★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience here was unbelievable, I was denied service by the manager!!! After I point out how unprofessional one of her staff behavior was, while I understand that my initial reaction to her was not the best and might have caused the misunderstanding, her behavior was one of the lowest she was so angry i thought she was going to start a fight and even in front of the manager she attack me verbally continually, now after the manager dismissed my complaint without fully understanding what had taken place she said she's not going to serve me because her staff is too upset. I told i knew that you weren't going to i just waited here because I wanted you to know about her behavior, even if I was wrong which I strongly believe i wasn't, she should never talk to a customer like that, assuming i was talking to her,I only stated my discomfort with the mask underneath my breath, she took it as if I was talking to her and started ranting and raving i ask her why are you behaving like that I'm only talking to myself, she's like i don't care i don't care you call me stupid, I said no I didn't. i was talking about this covid situation, why would I call you stupid for reminding me about my mask, which I had in my pocket i took it out with my head down expressing my thoughts to my self about the mask and the whole covid situation. She went off on me calling me names etc, I was like All of this over a comment she hadn't even heard clearly.
