★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never had to use anything like cash money or anything like that before. So at this point I needed money and I went there and they were so kind helpful and just all-around nice and easy to deal with the answer to any and every question that I had so that I would understand exactly how everything worked so I would definitely recommend cash money to anybody that needed money in a hurry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a very loyal customer of cash money , never missed a payment, never been late for any reason at all. I show up in person when I have things due and greet them as a friendly customer who is polite and patient. I feel as if these type of clientele often get looked over. You are a loyal customer of a business for months on end, yet when you reach out for help in a bind.. they cannot seem to remember how loyal you have been . It is sad that this day in time, in order to receive help ... You have to let your account go into default or other extremes...THEN people will remember you and will reach out to work with you. If you are a loyal customer, don't expect to be in a bind and call for an increase for your line of credit. It doesn't work that way. They don't go based on you paying all your payments or that you have never been in default or late . Who the hell knows what they actually go by ! Trust me, this is what happened to me! The company policies are a bit ridiculous in this aspect. Update your policies, cash money. You need to remember the people who actually pay their bills and care about their good standing with you !

After some confusion with repayments and the payment plan I had in place, I had paid off the full amount of my loan over the weekend, but it was not marked in the system and another payment was sent to my bank account even though I had paid off the loan in full. Dylan took his time and figured everything out for me, and apologized for all the confusion. Great customer service on Dylan's part in branch, after a not-so-good experience with customer service call center. Thank you Dylan for getting this all sorted out for me. Truly appreciate it!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just wanted to say thank you to Brady for the amazing customer service. I have never seen an employee deal with many customers and treat them with respect and dignity all by themselves. You definitely have the clients best interest and work with them to get the best results. It's good when you have someone who take's a stressful situation and turn it into a more calm atmosphere. Even when dealing with clients on the phone you where professional and courteous keep up the good job.
