Extremely upset with the way the manager Monika spoke to me. Me asking questions was an issue to her as she was irritated because I wanted to fully understand the conditions of my account. She told me to stop talking and listen to her. Extremely rude lack of patience and I still do not understand fully the conditions of my account. If you dont like working with people then don't work at a bank. Was thinking about getting my mortgage with TD and after today I most certianly will not be considering that after my experience today. My bank teller Ashley apologized several times for her manager's attitude and rudeness. I will not be going back. Im moving my business to a bank that cares about their customers.

Rachel R. happened to be working on the front desk the day I walked in with an issue I had spent hours on the phone trying to resolve through the 800 number. Within five minutes, Rachel listened to my problem, told me she knew exactly what to do and fixed my problem. Exceptional customer service!

During some difficult time regarding a missing deposit ,Alicia was just wonderful. Very understanding and knowledgeable and she kept following up, till the problem was completely resolved. Thank you Alicia for your patience and kindness.

No one ever picks up the phone. Moved to Barrie from Toronto and in Toronto no matter how busy they are- they still pick up the phone. I’ve been calling for the past week and left a voicemail. Been a TD customer for 20 years, the service is not acceptable, especially with Covid 19 your customers wants to know if the tellers are working as it is mostly closed and don’t want to make a trip if I don’t have too.

If you are new to the country or a young student. Avoid the 5 big banks and stick to one of their secondary banks. The fee's are a rip off considering you can get an account for free. There hours are also a joke

Had line of credit charges at almost 20% for probably 10 years they dont care if you ever pay it off they just want there interest how about helping someone with a plan to pay it off

A lot of people standing in line and a lot of staff behind the counter and in offices not with customers. Tellers, when you finally get there are nice but a very painful bank to have to wait in line most times

TD blocked my account last night as they thought they found fraudulent activity on my account, they didn't, but they seemed to think they did. I called the customer service line this morning to clear this up, after being on hold for 30 minutes, I was told there was nothing they could do. Off to the branch I go, waited in line for 20 minutes, then told the teller what happened and you guessed it, nothing she could do. Over it goes to another staff member who called the TD fraud line, I wait, I wait, I wait and I wait. Finally after an hour they tell me that they will clear this up and my account will be accessible shortly. It's four hours later, my account is still locked, I called the branch and what a surprise, nobody answers. I am now on hold with TD again, so far this has been 40 minutes on hold and I am quite sure that once again, I will be told there is nothing they can do. No thanks to this branch for pretending they would help but actually did nothing. Typical service from TD, why can't you at least pretend to care about your customers? Just spent one hour on hold with your customer service line, that makes 30 minute this morning, over an hour in the branch this afternoon and an hour tonight, all that time wasted and not one attempt to help me today. Great job TD, keep taking our money and doing as little as possible to help your customers. And to wrap it all up, the next day the manager calls me back to let me know his staff lied to him about how they tried to help. Nothing left to say about this branch and TD in general.
