★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never thought I would ever see myself in a Honda dealership or even own one, however I can’t say enough about this dealership especially through a pandemic. There was an issue at first with the one finance guy who made me feel like I couldn’t afford the clothes on my back but that quickly got sorted and Jenny took over who I can’t say enough about the positive experience I had dealing with her. Vanessa was AMAZING to deal with as a sales rep and Sam just made everything that much better. THANK YOU to everyone involved in my process of buying and just gotta say I LOVE my passport!!! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Class act by everyone at the dealership. It was a pleasure to do business as I've purchased allot of vehicles over my years and I'm not young. Not aggressive as experiences I've had with other dealerships even on the final pickup day. Andrea was a pleasure to work with and stayed on top of everything including being well prepared on the pick-up day.

Last time, with our regular oil change, we got free car wash as a surprise. Thank you Linda and thank you to the owner of this great place! Keep doing like this and take care about the best cars in the world - HONDA!

We didn't have high expectations of success with the new and used market being outrageous right now. We sat down with Dan Rhodes and explained our budget and criteria and he was able to work within our wishes to quickly get us a great car at a great price. He, Alex, Monica and Sharlene as a team made the experience super easy and enjoyable! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family who find themselves in need of new wheels!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a 2019 Honda CRV-LX at Barrie Honda Used Cars. I received excellent customer service and my sales person John D. was very professional.
He helped me every step of the way with no pressure sales or upselling. He listened to my needs and expectations and even stayed late so I could test drive the car longer. He came in on his day off to fill out the paperwork even when I told him I could wait? I could tell it was important to him that I got the right car at the right price and in a reasonable amount of time.
Barrie Honda and John D. Over-exceeded my expectations and now when my adult kids need a new (used) car I will definitely be back.

I went there just to view the CR-V and see if it was the right fit for my family and ended up ordering one that same day. The process was easy and didn’t take long. We were able to test drive and made sure our stroller and car seat fit well inside the vehicle. it was less then a 5 week wait before the vehicle was ready to pick up! Andrea was my sales person, answered all our questions and was very friendly. She was great to work with !

My sales associate Andrea handled the process expertly and professionally, answering all my questions thoroughly - she was even able to show me where the engine is! /s. The finance associate Eran was great as well at organizing everything quickly and answering all my questions - be sure to ask him about his pet rock collection.
I love the car. It looks and runs great. I get tons of compliments and people are surprised its civic. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase a reliable and affordable car that offers way more than expected.

My saleswoman was Charlene and she was great, and explained everything thoroughly, an absolute pleasure to work with. My finance associate was Christian and same thing, extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Had a great experience with the staff, the car handles and drives great, and I would definitely recommend Barrie Honda! 5/5
