Very poor service. My tire issues was worse after I left. I have to return next day because my TPMS warning light came on after leaving the workshop. Very poor job insight.

Excellent tire shop, lots of stuff for everyone, take back things if not happy, a lot of bulk items, Cheaper prices on what I get,..Kombucha, Protein drink, melatonin, phones, tvs, but I bout one there, got it home and it was damaged and we didnt do it,....took it back ok. Drug store, lots of clothes when covid's over.

They broke my tire pressure monitoring system changing to my winters and won’t fix. Brand new car I’ve had for hardly 2 months and it’s already got a major malfunction I’ve got to pay about $100 per tire to now fix. Unbelievable.

Got new tires on my car, pulled old ones off and new ones on in around an hour. Also kept one tire at my request (as it was almost new tread).Though it is more of a corporate "shop" so don't expect that extra mile you might get at a local small shop.

Bought winter tires in 2018 and brought in my car to the Barrie Costco Tire Center for a leaking-tire repair. After checking out the issue the mechanic found that the tire with the leak could not be fixed because it was punctured on the edge and also noted that the front 2 tires were worn out. While discussing the issue, with the lady at the front counter, in detail and looking into the history of the tire and when they were installed ... I brought up the point of warranty and expected exchange for the 2 tires in that case since the tires were bought from Costco and installed only two years ago. But all I got were excuses that I might have been driving a lot and then you didn't get it rotated from Costco the last time so we don't know if they were rotated properly. I was about to buy a new set of All season tires right there but after listening to all these excuses, there was reason for me to go ahead and do that. If I have to get new set of tires after driving for 2 seasons then I can certainly buy tires at local stores for half the price ..even they would last 3-4 seasons easily. So overall the Costco warranty for tires is only good for flat tire repairs and if you can wait for weeks to get an appointment to just get your tire repaired, rotated or switched (only if you have bought the other set from Costco as well). So not worth it ...when they can't back their warranty can only offer excuses and explanations when the time comes. I can't believe they could even present such lame excuses. Too many unreasonable stipulations that are kept undisclosed at the time of buying ..only to be used by Costco to get away from having to honour the warranty.

The tire techs, and Jeff in particular know their tires. They are very helpful and took time to explain which tires, in their expert opinion were the best fit for my car. I have bought many sets of tires here and have never been disappointed. Free lifetime balancing and rotation certainly help lower your overall cost and expenses too. I would not buy tires anywhere else. Thanks Barrie Costco tire team!!!

I would not recommend purchasing or getting tires/rims installed here. Ignoring the 1.5 hour time it takes to install a new set of tires (which I think is a little long but they tell you that in advance, so that's fair), the side walls of the brand new set of tires I had installed on my vehicle were extremely dirty, and unbelievably, they only installed 4 out of 5 lug nuts on one of my wheels. Unfortunately I only noticed this once I got home (thankfully I took pictures of the wheels at the tire center). Perhaps this was a case of someone having a bad day and dragging my new tires across the ground, and then not realizing they didn't put all of the lug nuts on the wheel, but quite frankly I'm not willing to take that chance again. It seems to me they're pretty careless. (The pictures here were taken immediately after the car was pulled out of the shop, 2nd photo shows missing lug nut)
