After ordering three different vinyl pcs online, had to wait three weeks with no indication from the company as to why it was taking so long. When i received my order it was incorrect. After speaking with the owner, or at least someone who claimed to be, they absolutely refused to help in any way with a refund or discount for the correct vinyl I needed. also, she rudely hung up the phone while i was still trying to get more info from her. I will not be shopping at JT's for any further items i require. Customer service is horrible and the company does not refund items even if it is their mistake which in this case it was. Color received was completely incorrect, everything we're doing is grey, definitely not white which is what we received. They say they don't return on cut products, but they screwed up not us so why are we stuck with a product we didn't order. Once they get your money they don't like to give it back. One star is the lowest I can choose otherwise they wouldn't get one In response to your response, either way you look at it a mistake was made, on our end or yours, you absolutely refused to help out in any way. That shows you don't look after your customers and by what I've read on your review page, this seem to happen often enough to support it. It's a 16.00 piece of vinyl which is nothing, it's the principle behind you not willing to help at all come up with a solution. And to make one point clear, I DID NOT call you and leave any message whatsoever. I've dealt with other companies that are bit more understanding to their customers and go the extra distance to help them out where as you do nothing. You're the owner, owners can bend the rules to help their customers '

Products I can't find anywhere else, very fast shipping, and fantastic customer service. Not just for boat folks... I get tons of stuff to make and repair horse blankets and tack.

I have had great experience with this company there products are top quality products and if they make mistakes with filling the order they make up for it. 100% good business sense.

Horrible experience! These people think it’s ok to sell you something that isn’t the product represented in the picture and stand behind the line “you got what you ordered, read the description” these are 2 totally different zippers.. It’s like putting up a picture of a Robertson screwdriver and a tittle that says Robertson screwdriver and then writing in the description that it’s a Philips and telling the customer “read the description, you got what you ordered” I’m out $37 in shipping and not happy about it at all.

We drove 4 hours not realizing they did online orders only. They were incredibly helpful- helped us pick the right flooring for our boat and filled the order while we waited! Wonderful staff! Thank you!
