Good customer service. Helped me solve a problem that was preventing me from receiving/managing my prescriptions. Edit from my previous review: If you have set up an account through FelixForYou.ca and have tried to also open an Alliance pharmacy account to transfer prescriptions that can not be transferred through Felix and have been unsuccessful at contacting alliance, deleting your Felix account will solve this problem. It did for me. I could not have a Felix account managing my prescriptions and an Alliance account at the same time. Because my insurance covers more if my prescriptions come right from Alliance, I have solved this problem!

Tried out this pharmacy because of Maple and was very unsatisfied with the service. They did not process my order until I followed up with them TWICE a few weeks after. Everytime I called I had to wait at least 30 minutes on hold. And after all of this, the delivery time took over a week when it was promised to be a few days.

Very pleased with the fast and efficient service my family received. I am a new user and the initial set up, transfer of prescriptions and first delivery was completed within 4 days. My next delivery was next day as advertised , even amongst the pandemic. Would refer to my friends and family.

I have been using Alliance for 4 years now and have found that they are excellent! I've never had a problem with delivery and it's always super fast. Anyone I've ever spoken to over the phone has been cheerful and very helpful. I was told by another person that my local pharmacy is just as cheap, but when I decided to switch to them HOLY MACKERAL my co-pays rocketed much much higher!! So I've just rejoined Alliance and looking forward to saving money, time and stress like before.

Have had nothing but positive correspondence with Alliance from concept of dealing with them. Professional, cordial and friendly from day one. I don't understand the negative reviews as I have had nothing but positive dealing with them. The only negative comment I could make is, I should have dumped SDM and started with Alliance a lot sooner as the previous pharmacy deserved negative stars. Next day service, one quarter of the dispensing fee, DELIVERED RIGHT TO MY DOOR, NO SCREW UPS whatsoever. How could it be any better. Keep up the great work and thank you guys.

So often we only take time to express dissatisfaction with a service. Since we started receiving service from Alliance Pharmacy we have been pleased. Today, however, I am writing to express sincere appreciation for the caring and attentive help I received from the Pharmacist, Dr. Raabia Hassanali. Previously, I have had an anaphylactic reaction to an ingredient that is frequently contained in vaccines. Given the anxiety around Covid 19 vaccines and upcoming availability of shots, my questions were time sensitive. Without going into all of the details, I can tell you that within an hour Dr. Hassanali had specific information directly from Pfizer that addressed my specific issue and similar information from Moderna and Astrazeneca arrived within the next 2 days. It was a huge help to me. If there was a rating out of ten, she would be at least an eleven. Again, thank you so much.

Sep.8 [Update] - within an hour of posting my review I received a phone call from Alliance Pharmacy apologizing for the mix up and delay. My prescription was quickly filled and shipped overnight to me. Thank you for your help, Matt. I look forward to giving Alliance Pharmacy another chance the next time my Rx requires a refill. Sept.7 - I set up an account on Aug.18 and scheduled a call for 10:30 the next morning to complete my registration. 1030 came and went. I did not receive a phone call until after 12:30. The phone call was fine. I gave the agent all of my information and told her that I needed my medication by September 1. I was not told that I needed to call back to place an order. I never received my medication. I called my local pharmacy on Sept.2 and confirmed that my prescription has been transferred out to Alliance, and they could not help me. I called Alliance on Sept.3, and was told that they did indeed have my Rx, but I had not called to place an order (even though I had told the agent on my initial call that I needed my medication for the 1st - again, I was not told that I needed to call back to place an order). On Sept.3 I was told that due to the long weekend my medication would not be delivered until Sept.7. I accepted that there was nothing I could do but wait. It is now Sept.7 and I have still not received my medication. I called for an update and was told that I now need to wait another 2 days as the order is still in process. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. The money you save is NOT worth the hassle.

Flawless 1st time experience. Very easy and I didn't do anything or pay anything (with my private insurance). Compared to Shopper Drug Mart which charged me $11 for dispensing fee, I'd say I;d never want to go back there and will stick with Telus Virtual Pharmacy. Oh they don't even charge a shipping fee!
