★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoyed my experience watching my kids swim at Champion. The instructors are well covered for Covid, wearing face shields in the pool. I think this is appropriate given it's tough to hear in the pool. My girls are making progress with their swimming and we are happy with the current set up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is unprofessional and violent. I hope the violent staff member (lady) who grabbed my arm and pulled me during 6:30 class on Monday gets fired. Teach your staff to use their words instead of getting violent.Absolute waste of money and time. I dont know who is giving them 4 or 5 ratings. Probably relatives and friends who get special treatment and discounts. Dont be fooled. Nothing special about this class. The report cards are uselss and full of lies. My kid is suppose to go to level 3 and she cannot kick her feet for more than a few meters which is the requirement for level 1 at the community centre. The same class at the community centre is 89 dollars.

Instructors and coordinators are always excited to see the young swimmers, and are just as excited when a new technique, skill or stroke is perfected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not happy with Champion Swimming and I got not a good experience with them.After few times contacting with them for the spot, eventually they gave me one class but unfortunately it was wrong level and ages. The first of all surprising part, they didn’t even evaluated the swimmers or they didn’t see their previous report card! My expectations for the private class because you pay more was even report cards or managing one class to evaluate the swimmers for the better quality before the starting real class and Not they just assumed. At the end, they said for registration I just need to bring the money that’s it!!!After the first class, they realized by my notifications ( because I was watching them) to change her class to different times and days which it was impossible for me and my child ( Due to my work hours and my child different classes), so when I asked them to refund my money because they made a mistake because they even didn’t evaluated the swimmers and they didn’t considering ages!!! Eventually by so much complications and constantly phone them to refund my money, they gave me so much options such as “ one free class” “ register for winter class” instead to refund my money and keep healthy and friendly community in local, they charged me $85 for the one class because their mistake they said reduce tax ( I paid cash) admin fee and so and so ….. on !!!! Even the swimming pool was extremely small for swimmers NO SHOWERS before and after entering to swim pool that was not hygiene to the COVID-19! I am never again thinking about those kind of COMMERCIAL BUSINESS I am looking for the Educational swimming Lessons!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so glad to have my son start swimming at Champion. We have tried other swimming classes and none of them worked, it made him really afraid of getting in the water without someone holding on to him. The instructors were so patient with him and taught him all the appropriate techniques to build his confidence. Within just a few months, he is now able to swim on his own. We cannot believe it! I consider swimming a life skill, this is definitely money well worth and spent. Highly recommend Champion.
