This body shop does unbelievable work. They were able to book my car in for repairs very fast. I was told the car would need a 12 day repair period, they had it finished perfect back to show room condition in 8 days. Work doesn’t look rushed the paint is blended very well. I am one please customer! Big thanks to supreme again awesome awesome work.

I had my car repaired at Supreme in 2015 after a serious collision and today, 5 years later, they adjusted my rear door and fixed an electrical problem with no questions asked and no charge to me. Joey and his team really honour the Lifetime Warranty. Highly recommend both their workmanship and customer service.

I brought my vehicle here since it was recommended by my insurance company. They did their appraisal and we agreed on the repair cost. The day after dropping off my vehicle, my insurance company notified me the prices were too high (even though the repairs are only cosmetic with no structural/mechanical damages). It appears that Supreme Collision Centre increased the repair estimate by a few thousand dollars than the original estimate. I went to various other auto shops and their quotes were all less expensive by a large margin. It seems like Supreme raises the fees way above average market price to get the most out of my insurance claim. I made my inquiries politely but their staff responded with rude attitude and inability to provide proper justification of how they arrived at their numbers. It honestly felt like they were charging absurd amounts for no good reason. I'd advise to stay away from them or at least shop around to compare prices. EDIT: Thank you for taking the time to review my comments, it's good to know that your management team is actually addressing customer feedback. I understood that the initial estimate is preliminary and subject to change, but the damages were only cosmetic and your appraiser even confirmed there were no additional structural/mechanical repairs required. The difference in your estimate should not have been that significant (almost double). I went to several other shops and all their quotes were consistent (they averaged at a fraction of Supreme Collision's estimate). I ended up going to another shop to complete the repairs for less than half the price. Having the status of "preferred shop" means nothing as there are plenty of other shops with reasonable prices and better customer service, most of which are also approved and compliant with the insurance company's strict criteria.

Great service from everyone at Supreme. Kept me updated with timelines, arranged a rental. Everything was handled smoothly and they had great COVID safety protocols in place. Great work on my bumper and even cleaned the inside of the car before I picked it up which was a great touch! I highly recommend them!

I recently was in a no-fault accident in February 2021, and my car was towed to Newmarket Honda's preferred body shop, Supreme Collision Centre in Aurora, where they are certified by Honda to fix Honda warrantied cars. Normally when dealing with body shops, there's a lot of auto jargon and industry lingo that a layman like myself wouldn't understand, let alone a lack of customer support. Joey and Enzo explained everything to me like a human being, and made the process so easy and comfortable with excellent customer service. They provided an estimated timeline and completed the fixes earlier than the timeline provided. They cleaned the outside and even the inside of my car, which was a nice above and beyond surprise for me. In addition, they sent photos of the process they took to fix the car, returned it to pre-accident condition (so far, I've only driven it once since then), and were detailed in the work they did. I highly recommend working with them.

My car was recently stolen and then recovered by police. Insurance company recommended Supreme Collision to me. Joey and his team were professional and kept me posted every 2 to 3 days on the progress. I especially liked that they were "thinking outside the box" and tried to find ways to speed up the process by taking it to Toyota instead of waiting for Lexus to reprogram my keys. I was able to get my car back faster. Thanks!

Someone ran into my two month old car, my insurance recommended Supreme; I am glad they did. The staff were very friendly, they booked me in within a few days, they arranged the rental car for me, they did a fantastic job on my car, and had it done a day early. I highly recommend this collision center.
